Fan Drive - Remove
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Remove fan spacer (1) from the fan drive. Note the position of the fan spacer during removal in order to install the fan spacer correctly.

- Remove fan pulley (2) from the fan drive.

- Remove four bolts (3) that hold fan drive (4) in position.

- Remove fan drive (4) from the engine. Inspect the condition of fan drive (4). If fan drive (4) is worn or damaged, use a new part for replacement.
