Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Put the gasket and water outlet manifold (2) in position on the engine.

- Install six bolts (1) that hold water outlet manifold (2) in position.
- Install the hose between the water outlet manifold and the water pump. Put hose clamp (3) in position and tighten the hose clamp.
- Install the upper radiator hose and fill the cooling system to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for more information on filling the cooling system.
End By: Install the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Install".
