The location of the valve is at the rear of the implement control valve.

Shims are used to adjust the pressure setting for the valve. Each shim changes the pressure by 350 kPa (50 psi).

(1) 6C-2018 Spring

Length under test force ... 99.7 mm (3.925 inch)

Test force ... 1400 ± 140 N (315 ± 30 lb)

Free length ... 116.2 mm (4.575 inch)

Outside diameter ... 24.3 mm (0.957 inch)

(2) 9D-6093 Spring

Length under test force ... 90.5 mm (3.563 inch)

Test force ... 4235 ± 254 N (952 ± 57 lb)

Free length ... 116.5 mm (4.587 inch)

Outside diameter ... 46.02 ± 0.41 mm (1.812 ± 0.016 inch)

(3) 7Y-0808 Shim ... 1.6 mm (0.063 inch)

(4) Fit the valve to the body with a 0.018 mm to 0.025 mm (0.0007 inch to 0.0010 inch) loose fit.

(5) Torque the four nuts to the following torque. ... 50 ± 20 N·m (37 ± 15 lb ft)
