Use Electronic Techmician (ET) To Cancel Logged Diagnostic Codes

Usage:

EXCAVATORS325C (AMH, BKW),
325C L (BFE, BMM, BTD, CRB),
325C LN (CSJ),
330C (JAB, MCA),
330C L (CAP, CYA, DKY, GKX, KDD),

Problem:

Diagnostic codes that begin with the number 24 may not be cancelled with the display monitor. The ADEM III Engine Electronic Control Module (ECM) generates the diagnostic error codes that begin with the number 24.

Solution:

If a diagnostic code number 24 appears on the control monitor display, ET must be used in order to cancel the error code. Use the procedure that follows to cancel the diagnostic code:

Procedure For Using ET To Cancel Diagnostic Codes

1. Turn the key switch to the ON position.
2. Connect the ET and select from the menu bar: "Diagnostics" and "Logged Diagnostic Codes". The logged diagnostic codes will be displayed.
3. To clear individual logged diagnostic codes, select the line with the code that is to be cleared. Press the "clear" button.
4. To clear all the logged diagnostic codes displayed, press the "All Clear" button. When all diagnostic codes are cleared, the message "No Logged Diagnostic Codes" will be displayed.
