Problem:
Engine stall when tracking and operating blade. To reduce the chance of engine stall, dealers can remove the restrictors. This reduces the modulation.
Solution:
EAME dealers can choose either of the following machine options. 1447405 Lines, Dozer Standard is best for modulation. 1483446 Lines, Dozer Optional is best for a fast response with reduced chance of the engine stalling.
To change from 1447405 lines standard to 1483446 lines optional, replace the two hydraulic connectors 1649639 (restrictor) in both of the dozer cylinder ports and replace with connector 1488325. This will give the blade less modulation but will allow faster float response and reduced chance of engine stall.
