(1) Torque for the sleeves ... 40 N·m (30 lb ft)

(2) Relief valve for the governor oil pump

This valve must open at the following pressure. ... 1200 kPa (175 psi)

(3) Adjusting bolt

(5) Spring

Free length ... 104.9 to 108.0 mm (4.13 to 4.25 inch)

Outside diameter ... 25.27 to 25.78 mm (0.995 to 1.015 inch)

(6) Torque for the nut on the pilot valve ... 8 N·m (70 lb in)

(7) Flyweight

When you view the governor from the top, the flyweight rotates in a clockwise direction.

(8) Speeder spring

Free Length ... 44.45 mm (1.750 inch)

Outside diameter of the large end ... 24.13 ± 0.25 mm (0.950 ± 0.010 inch)

(9) Diameter of the new power piston ... 21.803 to 21.816 mm (0.8584 to 0.8589 inch)

Bore in the new bushing ... 21.829 to 21.841 mm (0.8594 to 0.8599 inch)

(10) Diameter of five new pilot valve lands ... 6.325 to 6.337 mm (0.2490 to 0.2505 inch)

Bore for new pilot valve lands ... 6.350 to 6.363 mm (0.2500 to 0.2505 inch)

(11) Diameter of new pilot valve bushing ... 15.847 to 15.855 mm (0.6239 to 0.6242 inch)

(12) Buffer spring

When you view the motor from the top, the direction of rotation is counterclockwise.

Speed when there is no load on the motor. ... 5 ± 1 RPM

Speed with a 2.12 N·m torque limit ... 4 ± 1 RPM

The amount of current flow when there is no load on the motor. ... 0.095 Amperes maximum

Current with a 2.12 N·m torque limit ... 0.2 Amperes

(2) Tighten the screws to the following torque. ... 1.0 ± 0.1 N·m (9 ± 1 lb in)
