Introduction
This publication contains the information for the installation of the Variable Pitch Fan.
A complete listing of the parts that are contained in this kit are listed in the Parts Manual, SEBC1510.
This supplemental product support literature should be used with the appropriate Service Manual, RENR8840 and the appropriate Parts Manual, SEBP3743 that is available for this standard machine.
Removal instructions in this procedure should be supplemented with the Disassembly and Assembly, RENR8859.
Do not perform any procedure or order any parts outlined in this publication until you understand the information that is contained in this document.
Personal injury or death can result from fumes, gases and ultraviolet rays from the weld arc. Welding can cause fumes, burn skin and produce ultraviolet rays. Keep your head out of the fumes. Use ventilation, exhaust at the arc, or both, to keep fumes and gases from your breathing area. Wear eye, ear and body protection before working. Protect yourself and others; read and understand this warning. Fumes and gases can be dangerous to your health. Ultraviolet rays from the weld arc can injure eyes and burn skin. Electric shock can cause death. Read and understand the manufacturer's instructions and your employer's safety practices. Do not touch live electrical parts. NOTICE |
---|
Before carrying out arc welding on the machine or on any equipment attached to the machine, disconnect all power and ground leads from the batteries in order to avoid possible damage to electronic components. |
NOTICE |
---|
Do not ground the welder to electrical components such as the ECM or sensors. Improper grounding can cause damage to the drive train bearings, hydraulic components, electrical components, and other components. Clamp the ground cable from the welder to the component that will be welded. Place the clamp as close as possible to the weld. This will help reduce the possibility of damage. |
