Description of Change: The lines for the transmission breather have been updated. The updated routing of the lines will increase the durability of the machines and the serviceability of the machines.

Adaptable To: The routing of the lines for the transmission breather in the 236-0800 Power Train Oil Lines Gp have been updated. The updated routing is adaptable to the following 631G Wheel Tractor-Scrapers: DFA1-339,342-343,349-349,355-355

The routing of the lines for the transmission breather in the 236-0802 Power Train Oil Lines Gp have been updated. The updated routing is adaptable to the following 637G Wheel Tractor-Scrapers: DFJ1-350,352-374,376-384,386-389

The updated routing became effective in production with the machines DFA364-UP and DFJ392-UP.

For the complete list of material and the correct procedure that is needed in order to update the routing of the lines on your machine, refer to Special Instruction, REHS4225, "New Routing for Hydraulic Lines". The special instruction is available through the service information system (SIS) and through the literature distribution system at your local Caterpillar dealer.
