Ejector Clearance - Check and Adjust

Usage:

TS185 E1R
This procedure applies to both machines if you are running both machines in tandem.

Procedure for Adjusting the Ejector Rollers

  1. Park the pull unit on a level surface. Place the transmission direction control lever of the pull unit in the Neutral position, and engage the parking brake.

  1. Lower all attachments to the ground and place chocks in front of the wheels and behind the wheels.

  1. Loosen nut (1) .

  1. Then turn shaft (2) until dimension (A) is 6.4 ± 1.5 mm (0.25 ± 0.06 inch).

  1. Then tighten nut (1) to the proper torque.

  1. Repeat this procedure for the other side.

(1) The minimum allowable width for dimension (B) is 51 mm (2 inches).

(2) The minimum allowable thickness for dimension (C) is 66.68 mm (2.625 inch). The minimum allowable thickness for the dimension (D) is 38 mm (1.5 inch).
