Bank Valve - Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the bank valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bank Valve - Remove".

  1. Place identification marks on all components of the bank valve. This will aid in assembly of the bank valve.

  1. Remove three nuts (1) .

  1. Remove three rods (2). Separate the individual valves.

  1. Remove spring (3), valve (4) and O-ring (5) from each of the valves.

  1. Remove four bolts (8). Remove two end caps (7) .

  1. Remove spool (6) from the valve.

  1. Remove O-ring (9), spring (10) and spring seat (11) from end cap (7) .

  1. Remove relief valves (12) .

  1. Remove cap (16), nut (14) and O-rings (13) and (15) from relief valve (12) .

  1. Remove stem (17) from the relief valve (12) .

  1. Remove seat (18) and spring (19) from stem (17) .

  1. Remove O-ring (22), O-ring (20) and backup ring (21) from stem (17) .

  1. Remove spool (23), plunger (24) and spring (25) from seat (18). Remove O-ring (26) and backup ring (27) from spool (23) .

  1. Remove set screw (30), spring (29) and seat (28) from stem (17) .

  1. Perform steps 5 through 14 for valves (31) and (32). Refer to the following steps for valve (33) .

  1. Remove two bolts (35) and end cap (34) from valve (33) .

  1. Remove O-ring (36), retainer (37), spring seat (38), spring (39) and O-ring (40) from end cap (34) .

  1. Remove two bolts (43), end cap (42) and O-ring (41) from valve (33) .

  1. Use a screwdriver in order to hold spool (45). Remove bolt (44) with an allen wrench.

  1. Remove bolt (44), spring seat (46), spring (47) and spacer (48) from valve (33) .

  1. Remove retainer (49) and O-ring (50) from valve (33). Remove two backup rings (51) from spool (45). Remove spool (45) .

  1. Remove check valve (52) from valve (33) .

  1. Remove poppet (53) and spring (54) from valve (33). Remove O-ring (56) and backup ring (57) from poppet (53) .

  1. Remove relief valve (58) from inlet housing (59) .

  1. Remove O-ring (59) from relief valve (58). Remove stem (60) from relief valve (58) .

  1. Remove seat (62) and spring (61) from stem (60) .

  1. Remove spool (63), plunger (64) and spring (65) from seat (62). Remove O-ring (66) and backup ring (67) from spool (63) .

  1. Remove cap (69), nut (68) and O-rings (70) from stem (60). Remove O-ring (71), O-ring (73) and backup ring (72) from stem (60) .

  1. Remove set screw (76), spring (75) and seat (74) from stem (60) .
