Installation Procedure

Note: Prior to installation, lubricate all pin bores with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease .

1. Use a hoist to install lift cylinder (4). The weight of the lift cylinder is 250 kg (550 lb).

2. Install pin (15), the washer, and bolt (13) .

3. Install grease fitting (14) in pin (15) .

4. Install pin (12) and bolt (11) .

5. Connect elbow assembly (8). Install four bolts (7) .

6. Install tube clip (10) and bolt (9) .

7. Connect hydraulic tube assembly (6). Install four bolts (5) .

8. Use two persons to install front fender (2). The weight of front fender (2) is 34 kg (75 lb). Install five nuts (3) .

9. Remove Tooling (A) from lift arms (1) .

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
