Installation Procedure

Note: Before installation, lubricate all pin bores with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease .

1. Fasten a hoist and suitable lifting slings to tilt cylinder (1) .

2. Use a hoist to install tilt cylinder (1). The weight of the tilt cylinder is 125 kg (275 lb).

3. Install pin (7) and bolt (8) .

4. Install plate (6) and bolt (5) .

5. Install pin assembly (4) and bolt (3) .

6. Connect hydraulic hose assemblies (2) .

7. Remove the hoist and suitable lifting slings from tilt cylinder (1) .

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
