Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Note: The attachment positioner is located on the left tilt cylinder.

1. Disconnect two electrical connectors (1) (hidden).

2. Remove two bolts (5) and magnetic tube assembly (4) .

3. Remove two bolts (2) and attachment positioner (3) .

1. Install attachment positioner (3) and two bolts (2) .

2. Install magnetic tube assembly (4). Install two bolts (5) that secure magnetic tube assembly (4) .

3. Connect two electrical connectors (1) (hidden).

4. Adjust the attachment positioner. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7018, "Attachment Positioner".

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
