NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS8978" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Some CS-563C, CP-563C and CS-583C Compactors equipped with the air inlet heater group option, were shipped without the 4P6422 Warning Decals attached to the operator station console tube and the air cleaner rain cap.

Action Required
The 4P6422 Decals need to be attached to the left side operator station console tube 60 ± 3mm below the dash panel (under heater switch), and on the air cleaner rain cap. The rain cap decal must be installed on the clear plastic area of the cap, facing the left side of the machine.
