NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4001" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure
Removal Of The Hydraulic Tank Return Filter Base Gasket
1. Tilt machine platform to gain access to the return filter and base.
2. NOTICE: The hydraulic tank is pressurized. Remove the fill cap slowly to relieve pressure before removing the filter base.
3. Remove return hydraulic hose attached to return filter base.
4. Remove the two bolts holding the return filter base. Remove base.
5. Clean both mating components, they should be free of oil.
6. Apply loctite sealant PN 1U8846 evenly, but sparingly to either of the mating components. Wipe off excess sealant after assembly and avoid prolonged contact of sealant with hands, wash with water.
Remove the hydraulic tank fill cap slowly to relieve pressure
