Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1267" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1267" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
NOTE: This Revised Service Letter replaces the February 23, 1995 Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Affected Product.
Problem
The existing 3E5400 Control Group, which senses throttle position, may wear resulting in the engine not fully returning to low idle when the throttle pedal is released on certain DllN and 776C Tractors, and 777C, 785B, 789B and 793B Trucks.

Remove all 3E5400 Control Groups from Parts Stock.
Affected Product
Remove the existing 3E5400 Control Group and install a new 1108190 Control Group.
Owner Notification

Submit one claim for all 3E5400 Control Groups removed from Parts Stock.
