When reporting the repair, use "PI1263" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1263" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The brake switch contact block needs to be changed on certain CP433C, CS433C, CS531, CS533, CB534B, CP563, CS563 and CB634 Compactors.

Rework Procedure
Refer to the Illustration below:
1091035 Operator Console Group
1. Remove the existing 1165277 Contact Block by removing the two screws that hold it to the bottom of the brake switch.
2. Remove the wires from the old block noting their location.
3. Attach the wires removed in Step 2 to the proper location on the new 1227344 Contact Block.
4. Install the assembled 1227344 Contact Block on to the bottom of the brake switch with the two screws removed in Step 1.
