When reporting the repair, use "PI3753" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3753" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The existing orifice in the vibration pump override valve may cause increased heat in the hydraulic system resulting in excessive loading of the engine during the vibration start-up period in certain CB534B and CB634 Compactors.

Rework Procedure
Remove the existing 9T3928 Plug and 8T7876 Seal from the 1193135 Vibration Pump as shown in the Illustration below. Remove the 1209495 Orifice from the housing and replace with a new 1G7417 Orifice. Install the 8T7876 Seal and 9T3938 Plug.
