Use Thread Lock On Bolts That Fasten Aftercooler Housing To Cylinder Block {1063}

Apply a light coat of 4C-4032 [10 mL (1/3oz)] or 9S-3263 [50 mL (1 2/3oz)] Thread Lock to the threads of the 0S-1619 Bolts (1) in the 105-3178 (3612) and 115-7563 (3616) Treated Water Aftercooler Groups. These bolts fasten the aftercooler housing to the cylinder block. The Thread Lock will help keep these bolts tight. This will help maintain the security of the joint between the aftercooler housing and the cylinder block.
Location of 0S-1619 Bolts (1) in the 105-3178 (3612) and 115-7563 (3616) Treated Water Aftercooler Groups.
