Crankcase Pressure Sensor - Remove and Install

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Disconnect harness assembly (1).
- Remove crankcase pressure sensor (2) and elbow (3).

- Install crankcase pressure sensor (2) in the reverse order of removal.
- Lubricate the bore of crankcase pressure sensor (2) with the lubricant that is being sealed.
- Tighten crankcase pressure sensor (2) to a torque of
10 ± 2 N·m (89 ± 18 lb in) .Note: Install crankcase pressure sensor (2) so that the input pressure port is lower than the wire end and is as close to vertical as possible.
