Welding on Engines with Electronic Controls

必须使用正确的焊接程序以避免损坏发动机 ECM、传感器和相关部件。 如果可能,从装置上拆下部件,然后再焊接部件。 如果无法拆卸某个部件,当焊接 Cat 电控发动机上配备的装置时,必须遵循以下程序。 以下程序被认为是在部件上进行焊接的最安全的程序。 该程序应具有电控部件损坏的最小风险。


注意

不要将电焊机的地线接至电气部件如电子控制模块(ECM)或传感器上。 不正确的接地方式能对传动系轴承、液压元件、电气部件和其它部件造成损坏。

用焊接机的地线夹子夹住要焊接的组件。 尽可能将夹子置于焊接点附近。 这将有助于减少损坏的可能性。


  1. 停止发动机。 把开关控制的电源转到 OFF(关闭)位置。

  2. 从蓄电池上断开蓄电池负极电缆。 如果提供了蓄电池切断开关,打开开关。

  3. 将 J1/P1 和 J2/P2 接头从 ECM 上断开。 将线束移到一个不会移回并接触到 ECM 触针的位置。

    使用上面示例。 从焊机到焊机接地夹的电流不会损坏任何相关部件。
    (1) 发动机
    (2) 焊接连杆
    (3) 钥匙开关处于 OFF(断开)位置。
    (4) 蓄电池切断开关处于打开位置
    (5) 已断开的蓄电池电缆
    (6) 蓄电池
    (7) 电气/电子部件
    (8) 焊接的部件与任何电气/电子元件之间的最大距离
    (9) 要焊接的部件
    (10) 电焊机的电流通路
    (11) 电焊机接地卡箍

  4. 将焊接接地电缆直接连接到要焊接的部件上。 尽可能靠近焊接点放置接地电缆。 此位置可有效避免焊接电流损坏轴承、液压部件、电气元件和接地母线。

    注: 如果将电气/电子元件作为电焊机接地,则电焊机的电流可能严重损坏元件。 此外,如果电气/电子元件位于电焊机接地与焊接之间,来自电焊机的电流可能严重损坏元件。

  5. 保护导线线束,避免因焊接碎屑和焊溅物损坏。

  6. 采用标准焊接规程进行焊接。
