Electronic Control Module - Remove and Install
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal at the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Disconnect".

Illustration 1 g03413729 - Loosen allen head screw (1). Disconnect the harness assembly from electronic control module (2).
- Remove bolts (4). Remove electronic control module (3) and the ground strap.
- Remove the washers and the isolation mounts from electronic control module (3).
- Install electronic control module (3) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten allen head screw (1) to a torque of
6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in) .
- Tighten allen head screw (1) to a torque of
