The Special Instruction listed above will provide guidance in modifying the control panel remote start circuit wiring of the crank rest time delay relay on the C280 Marine Engines. These changes are done to prevent the 246-1238 Drive Pinion from re-engaging the ring gear while the starter is still rotating.
