Welding Precaution
需要采用适当的焊接步骤，以避免损坏任何控制模块、传感器和相关部件。 如果无法从正在焊接的发动机上拆卸电子元件，必须遵循下述步骤。 此步骤对电子部件的危害程度最小。

不要将电焊机的地线接至电气部件如电子控制模块(ECM)或传感器上。 不正确的接地方式能对传动系轴承、液压元件、电气部件和其它部件造成损坏。 用焊接机的地线夹子夹住要焊接的组件。 尽可能将夹子置于焊接点附近。 这将有助于减少损坏的可能性。 |
- 停止发动机。 从发动机的所有控制模块上拆下电源。
- 从蓄电池上断开蓄电池负极电缆。 如果安装了蓄电池断路开关，应断开此开关。
- 如果应用配备有数字回路断路器，断开这些断路器。

- 保护配线线束，避免焊接碎片和溅落物损坏线束。
