Remote Voltage Control
In order to use an external voltage adjust potentiometer, perform the following procedure:
- Stop the genset.
- Remove the jumper "ST4".
- The external potentiometer will use the same terminals as the jumper for "ST4". Connect the potentiometer to the terminals for "ST4" .
Note: The potentiometer that is used for adjusting the voltage externally should be rated at a minimum 1 KΩ and 5 Watt. The potentiometer should also have stop.
- Turn the potentiometer "P1" on the regulator to the center position in order for the external adjustment to operate properly.
Note: The potentiometer for voltage adjustment is located on the control panel of gensets that are configured at the factory.
