千万不要折弯吊环螺栓和支架。 吊环螺栓和支架只能承受张力负荷。 要记住当支承构件和物体之间的角度小于90°时，吊环螺栓的承载能力变小。 当必须在某一角度搬移部件时，只能使用具有适当额定载荷的连杆支架。 |
使用起重机搬移重的部件。 使用可调的吊梁起吊变速箱。 所有的支承构件（链条和钢丝绳）应互相平行。 链条和钢丝绳与被吊物的顶面尽可能保持垂直。 改动吊耳或夹紧装置会使吊耳或吊装工具失效。
有些搬移工作要求用吊装工具吊装，以确保平衡和安全。

起吊物料时，使用正确额定值的钢索和正确额定值的吊具。 安置起重机以便水平起吊变速箱。 有关正确起吊变速箱所需的吊装工具资料，请咨询您的 Cat 代理商。
变速箱和发动机连接器（带干式油池）的重量约为 3053 kg (6730 lb)。
撑杆宽度应足够防止接触变速箱。
吊耳 (1) 可用于起吊或系紧变速箱。 在所有位置安装系紧绳。 对于完全组装后的变速箱，吊耳 (1) 是批准的唯一起吊点。
系紧
使用变速箱后面的吊耳 (1) 系紧变速箱。 使用一条系带跨过钟形壳体系紧变速箱的前部。 可跨过变矩器壳体在壳体 SAE 适配器螺栓附近使用批准的系带或链条，代替前吊耳系紧变速箱。
