安装回转微调控制装置的目的是确保精确的回转动作，而使冲击载荷最小。 这通过平衡油道 (8) 和 (10) 中的机油压力来实现。
当回转微调电磁阀 (35) 断开时，滑阀 (39) 处于 NEUTRAL（空档）位置。 滑阀 (39) 位于阀 (36) 中。 在 NEUTRAL（空档）位置，油道 (37) 和 (38) 形成闭合连接。 在此位置，回转回路以正常方式工作。
当回转微调控制开关 ON（接通）时，电磁阀 (35) 接通。 滑阀 (39) 顶着弹簧 (40) 的弹力向下移动。 当滑阀在此位置时，油道 (8) 通过油道 (37) 和 (38) 向油道 (10) 开放。 流速由节流孔 (41) 和 (42) 控制。 节流孔 (41) 和 (42) 位于缸体 (1) 上。
由于左右回转回路现在已相互连接，因此出口的部分机油可流向进口侧。 通过此连接，回转回路的操作更加精确。
注: 当回转微调控制开关 ON（接通） 时，回转制动器 OFF（断开）。
