曲轴箱呼吸器

曲轴箱呼吸器堵塞将引起曲轴箱压力过大。 这可能是曲轴油封泄漏的原因。 活塞环可能丧失密封性能。 这样将使曲轴箱窜气能进一步增大曲轴箱压力。

发动机部件

活塞或活塞环损坏可造成曲轴箱中压力过高。 这种状况会导致发动机运转不平稳。 发动机将会开始通过曲轴箱呼吸器排放过量的烟气(窜气)。 此呼吸器就可能会在很短的时间里阻塞,造成正常情况下不该漏油的密封垫和密封件出现漏油。 窜气也可能是因气门导管磨损或涡轮增压器密封件损坏而导致的。
