闪存编程设定 - 这是编程或更新发动机电子控制模块(ECM)内闪存文件而无需实际拆下发动机个性模块的方法。

Caterpillar ET(Electronic Technician,电子技师)用来将闪存文件编程到发动机 ECM 的存储器中。

如果没有闪存文件,则可利用 Service Technician Workbench(维修技师工作台)(STW)上的 "Flash File Search(闪存文件搜索)"工具获取发动机中的闪存文件。 此外,利用 SIS Web(SIS 网站)上的 "Service Software Files(维修软件文件)"功能获取发动机中的闪存文件。 必须要有发动机序列号,以便搜索闪存文件。 找到正确的闪存文件后,将闪存文件下载到个人计算机中。 记下闪存文件名,便于将来查对。

闪存文件的编程

  1. 在 Cat ET 与发动机 ECM 之间建立通信连接。

  1. 从 Cat ET 的 "Utilities(实用程序)"菜单中选择"视窗闪存(WinFlash)"。

    注: 如果 "WinFlash" 不能与 ECM 通信,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电子维修工具不能通信"中没有诊断代码情况下的故障诊断与排除。

  1. 将闪存文件编程到 ECM 中。

    1. 在 "Detected ECMs(检测到的 ECM)"中选择发动机 ECM。

    1. 按下 "Browse(浏览)"按钮,以选择要编程到 ECM 中的闪存文件号。

    1. 选择正确的闪存文件后,按下 "Open(打开)"按钮。

    1. 确认 "File Values(文件值)"与应用类型相符。 如果 "File Values(文件值)"与应用不符,则应获取正确的闪存文件。

    1. 选择正确的闪存文件后,按下 "Begin Flash(开始闪存写入)"按钮。

    1. Cat ET 在闪存编程成功完成后会给出提示。

  1. 起动发动机,检查其是否操作正常。 纠正激活的诊断代码或事件代码。

"WinFlash" 出错信息

如果闪存编程过程中收到任何出错信息,点击 "Cancel(取消)"按钮以停止闪存编程。 访问 "Information(信息)"菜单下的 "ECM Summary(ECM 概要)"中的信息。 确保正向发动机闪存的文件是正确的文件。
