Engine Shutdown or Start Inhibit Initiated by Driven Equipment

从动设备的请求

确定从动设备是否发出了禁止起动请求或停机请求。 确定请求的原因。 按照设备的原始设备制造商(OEM)的建议对从动设备进行维修。

从动设备电路故障

注: 从动设备输入电路必须保持闭合以使发动机运转。

检查电路导线和 ECM 的 P1 接头。 查找有无损坏和/或腐蚀。 请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电气接头 - 检查",以了解与电气接头检查相关的信息。

执行以下步骤以检查从动设备的电路:

  1. 断开 ECM 接头 P1。

  2. 制作一根足够长的跨接导线,以便在从动设备的开关线束接头上形成测试电路。

  3. 利用跨接导线形成一条导通电路,以使开关线束接头的端子短路。

  4. 使用万用表测量 ECM 接头端子 P1-21 和 P1-31 之间的电阻。 必须测量电路的导通性,以使 ECM 检测发动机正常运行。

  5. 如果电路没有导通性,找出电路中电阻过大的根源。 进行必要的修理。
