Engine Overloads

Usage:

燃气发动机的控制策略不会降低发动机功率。 该代码的激活表示客户必须减小发动机负载。

从动设备

确定从动设备是否有其它能量输入,其可使发动机超出发动机过载触发点。 确保发动机上的负载不超过发动机的额定值。 安装时采取正确措施,以防止发动机过载重复发生。

进气歧管空气压力过高

当进气压力增加时,计算的发动机负载会增加。 当发动机带负载运转时,测量进气压力。 对于发动机上的特定数据,请参阅发动机性能数据表。

燃油质量

将供气的低热值(LHV)与由用户编程到 ECM 的"燃料质量"参数相比较。 ECM 使用低负载时起动和空燃比控制的设定。

如果燃油的 LHV 与编程在 ECM 中的"燃油质量"参数不匹配,则将"燃油质量"参数编程为正确设置。
