Engine Overspeeds

Usage:

G3520B GLF

当发动机被起动时,进排气系统里残存的燃气可能被点燃。 可能造成人身伤害和/或财产损失。

起动一台含未燃烧的燃气的发动机之前,从进排气系统清除这些未燃烧的燃气。 参阅"起动发动机"有关清除未燃烧燃气的章节。

建议的措施

从动设备

确定从动设备是否有其它能量输入,其可使发动机超出发动机超速触发点。 安装时采取相应的措施,以防止超速重复发生。

负载突然减少

逐渐减少发动机上的负载。

调速器调整

调速器参数必须用能够提供稳定运转且不会产生发动机超速的值进行编程。 请参考系统操作/测试和调整, "发动机调速 - 调整"。

油门执行器

将发动机控制置于断开/复位位置。 从发动机上拆下电源。 当您感到运动时,移动油门盘通过整个行程范围。 如果这种运动是粘滞和/或粗暴的,则查明阻滞的原因。 进行必要的修理。

不可控的燃油供应

如果不能控制吹入进气系统的燃油,则燃气发动机会发生超速故障。 当周围环境中发生气体泄漏时,产生故障。 更可能是由于气体压缩应用。 不受控燃油吸入进气口时,ECM 可能无法防止发动机转速的提高。 这将导致发动机超速状况。
