Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock.
- Remove mud flap (2) from fender (1) .

- Install Tooling (A) onto fender (1) .

- Secure a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) and fender (1). The weight of fender (1) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

- Remove nuts (3) and fender (1) .
- Position Tooling (B) under the front axle housing, as shown.

- Use Tooling (B) in order to raise the machine so that the front tires are off the ground.
- Position Tooling (C) in order to support the machine.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to front tire and rim (4), as shown. The weight of front tire and rim (4) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).

- Remove bolts (5) and use the suitable lifting device to remove front tire and rim (4) from the machine.
Installation Procedure
- Install tire and rim (4) in the reverse order of the removal.
- Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 570 ± 80 N·m (420 ± 59 lb ft). Tighten bolts (5) by an additional 60 ± 5 degrees.
