Welding Precaution
为避免损坏发动机电子控制模块(ECM)、传感器和相关部件,必须采用正确的焊接步骤。 也应考虑用于从动设备的部件。 按照下述步骤在发动机上进行焊接。
- 将发动机控制置于"停机"模式。
- 确保关断通往发动机的燃料供应。
- 从蓄电池上断开负极接线端。
- 从导线线束上断开所有电气部件。 这包括以下组件:
- 涡轮增压器压缩机旁通阀执行器
- 从动设备的电气部件
- 发动机电子控制模块
- 燃料计量阀
- 传感器
- 油门执行器
Show/hide table注意 切勿将电气零部件(ECM电子控制模块或电子控制模块传感器) 或电子零部件的接地点用作焊接机的接地点。
- 如有可能,将焊机接地夹直接连接到将要焊接的发动机部件上。 将夹子尽可能地靠近焊接点,以减少焊接电流损坏发动机轴承、电气部件及其他部件的可能性。
- 防止焊接碎屑和/或焊接飞溅物损坏导线线束。
- 采用标准焊接步骤将物料焊接在一起。
