可能原因

  • 进气歧管空气压力过高

  • 燃气低热值(LHV)或燃气的比重明显地与编程值不同。

修理建议

检查进气歧管空气压力

当进气压力增加时,计算的发动机负载会增加。 当发动机带负载运转时,测量进气压力。 对于发动机的具体数据,请参考发动机的技术营销信息。

获取燃料分析并对燃料能含量进行编程

获取燃气分析以确定 LHV。 为 "Fuel Quality"(燃料质量)配置参数编程正确的 LHV。

如果燃料低热值(LHV)与编程到电子控制模块(ECM)中的 "Fuel Quality"(燃料质量)参数值不匹配,则选择屏幕左下角的 "Change"(更改)按钮将 "Fuel Quality"(燃料质量)参数的正确值编程到主 ECM 中。 输入正确值,然后选择 "OK"(确定)。

如果燃气质量不一致,则在一段时间内进行多次燃气质量分析。 将 "Fuel Quality"(燃料质量)配置参数编程为 LHV 的平均值。
