- Remove clips (1). Remove hose (2). Remove adapter (3). Remove hose (4) .

- Remove bolts (5). Remove valve mechanism cover (6) .

- Remove isolation seal (7). Discard isolation seal (7) .

Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Position a new isolation seal (7) onto the valve cover base. Align isolation seal (7) by using the locator pins.
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

- Position valve mechanism cover (6) on the valve cover base. Install bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 25 ± 6 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft).

- Install hose (4). Install adapter (3). Install hose (2). Install clips (1) .
