Electronic Control Module (ECM) - Configure

Usage:

  • 未安装该部件。

  • 已安装该部件但需要更改安装以排除故障。

需要利用 Cat® 电子技师(Cat® ET)维修工具配置新电子控制模块(ECM)。

Cat® ET 的步骤

  1. 把钥匙开关转到断开位置。

  1. 将通信适配器和个人电脑(PC)连接至诊断维修工具接头。

  1. 将钥匙开关转到 RUN(运转)位置。

  1. 在您的电脑上,启动 Cat ET。

  1. Cat ET 将触发与机器上 ECM 间的通信。

  1. 选择手动配置 ECM。

    注: 选择控制装置时,ECM 上将有一个激活的诊断代码,指示需要的参数尚未编程设定。 编程设定参数后,该诊断代码将自动清除。

  1. 在 Cat ET 的顶部菜单栏,选择 "Service(维修)"并点击 "Configuration(配置)"。 功能键 "F5" 将打开配置屏幕。

  1. 打开/展开顶部列出的 "Configuration Gp(配置组)"。

  1. 如需更改机器序列号,双击 "Product ID(产品 ID)"或 "Equipment ID(设备 ID)"。(或突出显示 ID 并点击 "Change(更改)"按钮)。 "Change Parameter Value(更改参数值)"将打开。 对于 "New Value(新值)",输入正确的序列号并点击 "OK(确定)"按钮。 点击 "Yes(是)"按钮完成新值。

    注: 如果未选择正确的序列号,则可能会影响机器性能。

  1. 根据需要检查并编辑部件操作或特性值。 其它配置的更改请遵循上一步骤中所用的相同类型的编程步骤。

  1. 完成手动编程配置时,用钥匙开关循环电源。

  1. 让钥匙开关保持在断开位置至少十秒。

  1. 钥匙开关回到运转位置后,Cat ET 将发起与机器 ECM 的通信。

注: 使用 "Copy Configuration > ECM Replacement(复制配置 > ECM 更换)"记录和保存更新的配置参数。
