Clean Gas Induction Valve - Disassemble

Usage:

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the clean gas induction valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Clean Gas Induction Valve - Remove".


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.


Note: This component is being disassembled and displayed for CLEANING PURPOSES ONLY. Many internal parts are not available for this component. Care must be taken during disassembly and assembly in order to prevent damage to unavailable parts.

  1. Remove O-ring seal (1).

  2. Remove O-ring seal (2).

  3. Remove bolts (3). Remove cover (4).

  4. Remove nut (5), coil assembly (6), and valve (7). Remove O-ring seals (8) from cover (4).

  5. Remove O-ring seal (9). Check wiper (12) for wear or damage. Remove bolts (10). Remove housing (11).

  6. Check O-ring seal (13) for wear or for damage.
