Flame Detection Temperature Sensor - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Remove cable strap (1) .

- Disconnect harness assembly (2) and harness assembly (3) .
Note: Harness assembly (2) contains the flame detection temperature sensor and the turbocharger outlet temperature sensor. Harness assembly (3) contains the flame boundary temperature sensor.
- Remove flame detection temperature sensor (4) .

- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the flame boundary temperature sensor (5) . Install flame boundary temperature sensor (5) . Tighten flame boundary temperature sensor (5) to a torque of 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft).

- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of flame detection temperature sensor (4) . Install flame detection temperature sensor (4) . Tighten flame detection temperature sensor (4) to a torque of 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft).
