- 从回转齿轮和轴承除去所有的润滑脂。 将润滑脂放入适当的容器中以便保存或处理。
- 为便于组装，在回转齿轮和轴承 (1) 及底盘机架总成上做出对准标记。

- 如图所示，将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备连接到回转齿轮和轴承 (1) 。 回转齿轮和轴承 (1) 的重量为 726 kg (1600 lb)。 对回转齿轮和轴承 (1) 稍微施加起重力。
- 使用工具 (B) 拆下将回转齿轮和轴承固定到底盘机架组件的螺栓 (2) 和隔套。

- 将回转齿轮和轴承从底盘机架组件上缓慢地拆下。
- 在防尘密封、内座圈和外座圈的密封表面粘上胶带。 这可以防止清洁液进入防尘密封的截面。 彻底清理回转齿轮和轴承。

- 将防尘密封 (3) 和 (4) 从回转齿轮和轴承的内座圈和外座圈上拆下。
- 利用细砂纸清理内座圈和外座圈的密封槽。 使用清洗溶剂清洁密封槽。 安装新的防尘密封圈之前，请确保密封槽彻底清洁和干燥。
