Fuel Tank

Usage:

Remove Fuel Tank

1. Turn fuel valve (2) and drain valve (1) to the "OFF" position.

2. Disconnect and put a plug in fuel line (4) and drain line (3).

3. Remove two bolts (6), lockwashers and clips. Remove two refrigerant hoses (5) from the fuel tank.

4. Remove two bolts (7) and lockwashers which fasten the fuel tank to the fender on each side of the tractor.

5. Carefully use a pry bar and move the fuel tank approximately 1/2" (12.7 mm) away from the operator's platform to permit installation of a hoist.

6. Fasten a hoist to the fuel tank (8) and remove the fuel tank from the machine. The empty weight of the fuel tank is 250 lb. (113 kg).

Install Fuel Tank

1. Fasten a hoist to the fuel tank (1) and put in position on the fenders of the machine. The empty weight of the fuel tank is 250 lb. (113 kg).

2. Install two bolts (2) and lockwashers which fasten the fuel tank to the fenders on each side of the tractor.

3. Fasten two refrigerant hoses (3) to the fuel tank with two bolts (4), washers and clips.

4. Connect fuel drain line (7) to fuel drain valve (5). Connect fuel line (8) to fuel valve (6). Turn fuel valve (6) to the "ON" position.
