Usage:

Alignment Of Track Roller Frames

1. When the track roller frame (6) is installed, make sure the track rollers (5) are in alignment with the sprocket (7). The track roller frame is in the correct position when dimensions (A) and (B) are the same and dimensions (C) and (D) are the same. The track must not make contact with either outside surface of the sprocket (7) or the track rollers (5).

2. Make an adjustment to the track roller frame as follows:

a) Remove cap (1) from outer bearing assembly (4), lock (8), nut (2), and retainer (9).

b) Add shims (3) between retainer (9) and holder assembly (10). When shims are added, dimensions (B) and (C) get smaller.

c) When shims are removed, dimensions (A) and (D) get smaller.

d) Add or remove shims until dimensions (A) and (B) are the same and dimensions (C) and (D) are the same.

e) Install the retainer (9) and nut (2). Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 350 ± 50 lb.ft. (470 ± 70 N·m). Install the lock (8) and cap (1).
