A New Temperature Indicator Assembly Is Available To Measure The Temperature Of The Air In The Air Inlet Manifold {1058, 7450}

Usage:

3616 1FN
Engines:
3606 (S/N: 8RB)
3608 (S/N: 6MC; 1ZD; 8LL; 7WR)
3612 (S/N: 9RC; 9FR; 2NZ)
3616 (S/N: 1PD; 1FN)

Description of Change: A new temperature indicator assembly is available to measure the temperature of the air in the inlet manifold that is on the above engines that are equipped with a High Performance AfterCooler (HPAC). This new temperature indicator assembly has a temperature range of 30 to 70 °C (86 to 158 °F). The existing temperature indicator assembly on these engines has a temperature range of 60 to 120 °C (140 to 248 °F). The new temperature indicator assembly will provide increased readability of the temperature of the air in the inlet manifold of the engines that are equipped with a HPAC.

Adaptable To: The new 208-7620 Temperature Indicator Assembly can be used as a direct replacement for a 192-3224 Temperature Indicator Assembly to measure the temperature of the air in the inlet manifold that is on the above engines that are equipped with a HPAC. The new 208-7620 Temperature Indicator Assembly can also be used to replace a 4W-4472 Temperature Indicator Assembly in order to measure the temperature of the air in the inlet manifold that is on the above engines that are equipped with a HPAC. The grommet that is on the capillary tube of the new temperature indicator assembly may be removed before the new temperature indicator assembly is installed.
