0084-01 Vehicle Speed loss of signal (31)

发动机控制模块 (ECM) 检测到以下情况：
- "VSL 保护"未编程设定在 "TEL" 上。
- 状况指示应存在车速时，ECM 没有检测到车速。
- 理想的发动机转速高于编程设定的 "VSL 保护"。
系统响应:
发动机转速将限定在编程设定的 "VSL 保护"上。 如果 ECM 提供转速表信号的话，则车辆行驶后发生故障时转速表可反映车速的缺失。 该故障诊断代码为激活状态时，卡特彼勒电子技师 (ET) 状态屏上"车速"旁边会显示"诊断"。 检查发动机指示灯点亮。
驾驶员可能认为发动机功率偏低，并且发动机不能达到期望转速。
注: 尽管这个事件并不常见，但是大家都知道燃油系统阻塞可导致该故障诊断代码。 这种情况存在的原因就是喷油器不能在正常负载工况下提供实现理想转速需要的足量燃油。 由于正常负载工况下 ECM 无法达到理想的转速，因此，ECM 认为车速负载。 这种情况只有在车辆行驶时才会出现。
检查燃油压力以确保车辆静止时燃油系统阻塞不是引起该故障的原因。
