Fuel Filter Housing - Install

- Attach suitable straps and a lifting device to fuel filter (8). The fuel filter weighs approximately
50 kg (110 lb) . Lift the fuel filter into position on the engine. - Install bolts and washers (7) that attach the fuel filter to the engine.

Illustration 5 g00635075 - Install new seals for the joints between flanges (1) and the expansion tank and the water temperature regulator housing.
- Install four flanges (1) and two tubes (2) between the expansion tank and the water temperature regulator housing. Install the bolts and washers for the flanges.
- Fill the cooling system. For the correct coolant to use, see the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
- Prime the fuel system. For instructions, see the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
