Rocker Shaft - Assemble - 3013, 3014, and 3024 Engines
Assembly Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Lubricate all of the components with clean engine oil.
- Position rocker shaft (5) in the end of base (7) .

- Gradually insert rocker shaft (5) and install rocker arm (1) .
- Insert rocker shaft (5) and install rocker arm (2) .
- Slide rocker shaft (5) through washer (3) and spring (4) .
- Repeat Steps 3 through 5 in order to install the remaining components.
End By: Install the rocker shaft and the pushrods. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Rocker Shaft and Pushrod - Install".
