VIMSpc99 Version 1.1.7 Is Unable To Open Some Archived Database Files

Problem:

VIMSpc99 version 1.1.7 is unable to open archived database files that have not been opened previously.

Solution:

If you have no need to archive database files in the short term, proceed with the installation and use of VIMSpc99 V1.1.7. A software patch to fix the problem will be released very soon.
