NOTE: | This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS53414" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
Accumulator cover is flexing during operation. This contributes to fatigue of the mounting bolts on certain H75ES and H95E Hydraulic Hammers. If the existing cover, base, or fasteners fail, it will cause a hydraulic leak. |

The accumulator base, cover, fasteners, membrane, and seal must be replaced with new parts. Refer to the attached Rework Procedure. |

If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim. |
PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. |
Start by removing the power cell from the hammer housing. Refer to service manual for more information. |
Disassembly: Step 1: Discharge high pressure accumulator. Keep 9S-8005 Plug and 355-3779 Plug. Step 2: Remove 4 6V-8201 Bolts and 9X-8399 Washers. Step 3: Remove 369-1024 Cover and 368-7076 Membrane. Step 4: Remove 488-1108 Base using appropriate tooling. |
Assembly: Step 1: Lubricate and install 394-3905 Seal onto 515-2846 Base. Step 2: Install 515-2846 Base into 382-2743 Valve Body. Step 3: Lubricate and install 368-7076 Membrane onto 515-2846 Base. Step 4: Install 515-2847 Cover using 6V-5686 Bolts and 198-4768 Hard Washers. Tighten 6V-5686 Bolts to 240 +/- 40 Nm. Step 5: Replace the 3K-0360 Seal on the 9S-8005 Plug. Step 6: Replace the 3J-7354 Seal on the 355-3779 Plug. Step 7: Install 322-6274 Decal onto 515-2847 Cover. Step 8: Recharge high pressure accumulator to specifications using appropriate tooling. |
End By: Reinstall the power cell into the housing. |
