测试准备

检查燃油系统中是否有泄漏。 确保燃油管接头正确拧紧。 检查燃油箱中的燃油油位。 空气可能会从位于燃油输油泵和燃油箱之间的吸油侧进入燃油系统

测试步骤

  1. 2P-8278 管组件 (目测表)安装到燃油回油管内。 尽可能将目测表安装在燃油管上至少 304.8 mm (12 inches) 长的直线段。 不要将目测表安装在以下会造成紊流的装置的附近。

    • 弯头

    • 安全阀

    • 单向阀

    在发动机盘车时,观察油流。 查看燃油中有无气泡。 如果目测表中没有燃油,则向燃油系统注油。 发动机起动后,在不同的发动机转速下检查燃油中是否有空气。 尽可能在怀疑燃油中有空气的工况下运转发动机。

    (1) 直径大约为 1.60 mm (0.063 inch) 的稳定成串小气泡是燃油中可以接受的空气量。
    (2) 如果气泡之间的时间间隔为 2 到 3 秒,则直径大约为 6.35 mm (0.250 inch) 的气泡也可接受。
    (3) 燃油中气泡过多是不容许的。

  2. 如果发现回油管上的目测表内有过多空气的话,应在输油泵的进口处安装第二个目测表。 如果只有一个目测表的话,将目测表从回油管拆下,然后安装在输油泵的进口处。 在发动机盘车时,观察油流。 查看燃油中有无气泡。 发动机起动后,在不同的发动机转速下检查燃油中是否有空气。

    如果在燃油输油泵进口处没发现有过多空气,则空气就是从燃油输油泵之后进入系统的。 继续执行 "调整步骤" 的步骤 3。

    如果发现输油泵进口处有过多空气的话,则空气就是由燃油系统的吸油侧进来的。

调整步骤

  1. 将燃油箱加压至 35 kPa (5 psi)。 不要使用超过 55 kPa (8 psi) 的压力以免造成燃油箱损坏。 检查燃油箱和燃油输油泵之间的燃油管是否有泄漏。 修理发现的所有泄漏。 检查燃油压力以确保输油泵正常操作。 关于燃油压力检查的信息,请参阅测试与调整, "燃油压力"。

  2. 如果还没有找到空气来源,可拆开油箱供油管,将一个外部供油接到输油泵的进口。 如果这样做解决了问题,修理燃油箱或燃油箱中的竖管。

  3. 如果喷油器套筒已磨损或损坏,则燃烧气体就可能进入燃油系统。 同样,如果喷油器套筒上的 O 形密封圈磨损、缺失或损坏,燃烧气体也可能进入燃油系统。
