推料器歧管控制推料器油缸和尾门油缸的工作。 推料器歧管允许推料器油缸伸出。 伸出过程由来自推料器控制阀的油和来自制动系统活塞泵的油完成。 推料器歧管允许推料器油缸被来自制动系统活塞泵的油收回。

来自制动系统活塞泵的油恒定地供应给端口 (17) 。 当推料器控制阀处于保持位置时,这部分油被顺序阀 (21) 阻断。

在推出位置,送往端口 (18) 和端口 (16) 的压力大于送往端口 (14) 的压力。 梭阀 (15) 向右移动,使得顺序阀 (21) 被制动系统内的压力打开。 分流阀 (19) 也向右移动。

注: 顺序阀 (21) 的打开压力可确保制动系统充分充压。 系统充压时,允许油从制动系统流入推料器系统。

油流过顺序阀 (21) 、分流阀 (19) 和顺序阀 (22) 。 这部分油与来自推料器控制阀的主油流量汇合。 这部分汇合的油经由端口 (1) 进入推料器歧管。 这部分油从端口 (4) 流向推料器油缸的活塞侧。 这部分油还从端口 (7) 流向尾门油缸的连杆侧。 此油道内的压力打开负载控制阀 (9) 和 (10) 。

在收回位置处,送往端口 (14) 的压力大于送往端口 (18) 和端口 (16) 的压力。 梭阀 (15) 向左移动,使得顺序阀 (21) 被制动系统内的压力打开。 分流阀 (19) 也向左移动。

油从端口 (5) 经由顺序阀 (21) 流向推料器油缸的连杆侧。 油还从端口 (8) 经由单向阀 (25) 和节流孔 (24) 流向尾门油缸的连杆侧。

来自推料器油缸的回油流过端口 (4) 。 来自尾门油缸的回油流过端口 (7) 。 回油从端口 (1) 流向推料器控制阀。

端口 (2) 中包含用来测量推出压力的测试点。 端口 (6) 中包含用来测量收回压力的测试点。

可以通过打开流量调节器 (12) 手动降下尾门。
